Ranging from trying the fresh cacao with Dr. Dave Stuart to learning about Mr. Thomas Joyce’s career path, we learned insights on what life could be like in the confectionery industry. Having this opportunity has opened my eyes to not only broaden my job search locations, because I fell in love with the city of Chicago, but has also opened my eyes in what specific industry within food I would like to work…The educational portion of the Expo was also extremely helpful in that we were given the opportunity to a career fair.”
