100 students and faculty from 23 colleges have been selected as The Confectionery Foundation’s NextGen class of 2017. 40% are in STEM majors including engineering, robotics, food science and food technology. We thank the 90 volunteers who make this popular program run! The career fair and networking events complete this day-long immersion into careers in the confectionery industry.
