This week, NCA's The Confectionery Foundation's Next Generation program at Sweets and Snacks Expo brought together 100 college students and faculty from 18 educational institutions with 80 industry professionals to connect, inspire and strengthen. The students learned about the many career opportunities in the confectionery and snack industry as well as innovative products and packaging highlighted at the tradeshow.
