Cargill buys ADM’s chocolate business

Privately held Cargill will spend $440 million to buy Archer Daniels Midland Company’s chocolate business, pending US and EU regulator approval. This purchase extends Cargill’s global reach with ADM chocolate factories in UK, Germany, Belgium, Milwaukee, Hazeltine Pennsylvania and Georgetown Ontario.
