The National Confectionery Sales Association (NCSA) announces the winners of its 2016 Scholarship Program. Each year, the Association grants up to five scholarships to benefit the children and grandchildren of its members. The applications are reviewed and selected by a panel of independent professional educators based on academic, civic, charitable and other notable achievements. To date, the NCSA has awarded more than $172,000 in scholarships to students committed to improving themselves through higher education.
